UMC Corporation (UMC) has been appointed the exclusive distribution partner for the Midwest and Western territories of the US by Contipro effective June 1. Contipro’s portfolio contains hyaluronic acid and its derivatives,polysaccharides and peptides. Its flagship product is biotechnologically manufactured hyaluronic acid and its derivatives. Contipro is Czech-based company with manufacturing and headquarters in Dolni Dobrouc, Pardubicky kraj. The Contipro products are a great addition to the UMC’s personal care portfolio of special effect pigments, functional fillers, biodegradable and conventional glitters, silicones, sunscreen actives, surfactants, natural pearlite, mineral compounds, and plant-derived natural products, according to the company. UMC is based in Lyndhurst, NJ and has warehousing throughout the US.
